A mortgage originator had a need to identify reverse mortgage candidates.
Solution:
Using ListSource, the client obtained highly targeted lists of reverse mortgage-eligible candidates as well as individuals with active reverse mortgages. This self-serve tool enabled them to create marketing lists that included rich data based on geography, age, mortgage amount, loan-to-value ratio, current equity, current lien information and key demographic data such as age and ethnicity.
